I currently have my manifold welded to the turbo on the 4 bolts, how can i get them apart so i can put my new turbo on???
anyone here thinks can do it 4 me?

Just dremel the tack welds off.
It might be a little hard with the manifold still on the motor.

thats frickin crazy.. had problems with bolts backing out or something??
you'll hav eto take a dremel to it like Tyler said..
but i doubt you'll be able to use the bolts/nuts after thats done.
how come you didnt just use some lock washers + hightemp threadlock?

No, its common on stock SR manifolds. The bolts back themselves off the studs. Many people tack weld them. You can use the bolts again. They are tack welded from the bolt to the flange, so you just dremel the weld off, and loosen.

if not ima just try to trade evrythig + some cash for a manifold....

if is too much pain in the butt to take it apart, ill just get rid of everything and get a mani + some cash

whats wrong with using the factory nut locks to keep the bolts from backing out?

they back up even if u use lock thinghy on em, the motor shakes too much...

go to zilvia and get the package that gets you the mani, dp and the elbow
its like.. 325 or something.
just have good exhaust hanger mounts and motor/tranny mounts, you should b good.
