Flea Market rules clarification..

As stated in the Flea market rules, there is a 24 hour window to comply with rules:
"Failure to follow these guidelines will result in lock. You also have 24 hours to comply with these guidelines." (http://240atlanta.com/forums/announcement.php?f=44)


So, this has me wondering why a for sale thread was locked TWELVE minutes after creation (http://240atlanta.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45531)? This seems like a bit of over enthusiastic enforcement.

and for the record, I actually would like more information about the item, and will be sending a PM, but this was a bit over the top.

if this thread got closed because it didnt have a picture i totally understand why it got closed, why post a thread if your not gonna put a picture in it while your making it its not that difficult.

While there was no picture posted, there is a 24 hour time frame in which to post pictures as stated in the Flea Market guidelines that I referred to, and being that the thread was closed in twelve minutes seems extreme to me.

Hence, looking for some clarification, and this thread.

now there might be a guidline your following but think about that for a second, how hard is it to add the pic while you are making the thread?

Everyone else does and there are some really dumb ppl on here i think you can figure out how to put a pic in a thread before posting it.

your right they should change the rule to read "locked immediately" for no pictures. 24 hrs is stupid.
