Alright, most of you have probably already seen the damage on the Poopra, but if not, here are the pics again.
I am getting VERY ancy about getting this car fixed and on the road. I found a frame rail to replace the f-ed up one (Only $300 shipped woot!)
My question is, can anyone recommend someone who would be able to replace it? What do you guys think this will cost? I do not need paint at this point, I'm going to buy new fenders, and whatever else I need to put the front end back together.
The passenger side frame rail (front 4") needs replaced, and the radiator support and bumper support need to be tack-welded back on.
The shop/person must also have a rebuilder's license so that either he or I can get the car inspected and titled.

Precision Collision in Alpharetta.

I've used them for repairs/paint before, and were super nice guys and worked with me on the price. Call them up and see what they can do. They do old school muscle cars to new vipers and everything in between.

Sounds good, I'll hit them up. Thanks. :)
Do most places need to see the car in person for a quote? I'm assuming yes...but I can't drive it on the street, so I'd have to tow it...which is a huge hassle just for a quote. Can I fax pictures?

They've got an email address on their website so you could probably email pics. I think it'd be best to do in person, but maybe you can get an idea through that.
I don't think there's any cars on turntables there. They are right behind Southern Off-Road Specialists.

To get an estimate, they have to be there for it to be official. They must inspect the car in person.

Miracles in Motion in Gainesville. My father in law's shop. He's ALWAYS the cheapest and he does good work. Tell him I sent you and he may cut you a break.
They fixed a work van for the company I work for and you couldn't tell they did anything. Their estimate was $2700 when everyone else was $4000-$4700

Ya I doubt i'll even be able to get it fixed...it's going to be way too much, and not worth it. And Georgia probably won't let me title it.

I'm telling you, hit my father in law up, you may be surprised. send me some VERY detailed pics, and maybe I can get him to give you an idea.

just eww...
anywho, no, he's not a dealer. He can most likely fix it, but you need to find someone with a dealers license, and you'll probably have to sign the title over to them, let them get it inspected, once it passes, then he can sign the rebuilt title back over to you and you're done. That's how I understand it. THe whole process might cost you like $300-$400 I think. But don't hold me to any of this, I may be wrong.
what's "eww" about going for a little swim?
..while you're naked. it feels good. i'm just trying to help her out, that's all.
