I had Kyle build me a custom top mount, full stainless exhaust manifold with external wastegate dump for my SR. It was finished in 2 weeks - very fast.
The manifold looked perfect at first glance and then I propped it up on the head in the engine bay - perfectly sits in the engine bay too... It blew me away. All he did was come over with a jig and took some measurements of how it needed to fit and 2 weeks later he brings back this masterpiece. I just went to school for welding and everything about this thing is by-the-book top notch work.
I recommend if you need anything TIG welded, go to Kyle. It will look clean and be done right - just to compare - I have 2 GReddy manifolds that cost $2100 each for a GTiR SR (not pictured), and the material thickness used, welds, and overall product is no where near as good as Kyles work, the pics speak for themselves...

Thanks for the review, glad you liked it. As for Vemp's mani, materials got held up, flange was held up, etc. etc. Sorry it took so long.
Manifold looks great. I have heard only good things about Kyle. I hope to be writing a review soon myself about some of his skills. LOL.

Looks great! Are the runners equal length?

Very close, less than an inch over an almost 12 in span. To be able to move the turbo farther foward and still pulse the cylinders, its alot harder to make perfectly equal length, and still run power steering and AC.

hahaha, no really though, this car is going to make really good power with his setup, people should do more builds like him.

I'm interested to see how it turns out. I've got a friend with the same turbo on his '04 STi.

Not yet. The bottom end is all aftermarket, but he's got some stuff he wants to do to the heads before he straps it down. It's just running on a base map right now.

I couldn't help but lol when I thought about your comment for a second... If
you think about it... STI doesn't really doesn't have a "bottom end" or at least one that requires internal adjustment... it would be more like ... "Side Ends" wouldn't it?
