Hey all. Thought I'd introduce myself and post a couple pics of my 90 240. SR install was done at TopHat. I've gone back and cleaned things up a bit too as anal about my car as funds will allow ;)

Thanks for the compliments, especially on the interior, and for the welcome. I had to buy a new shift knob, boot, and front seats (they're JDM S13 seats, got em cheap from Jarco). I'm waiting on a center console from a NICO partout as mine, though repainted, has a pretty messed up plastic part. Yeah, I bought the car from a relative (got married, needed a sedan, blah, blah) he put those rims on it (and curbed the crap out of two of them), and until I can afford some Volk's/Advans/etc. forged wheels, they'll stay. Here's some more of the interior.

http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w139/homeslicej2/IMG_0571.jpgyeah, i'm waiting a new kick panel too bc i had to cut that one since the batt. relocation wire was not allowing it to seat properly and closing the door forced the panel out of place. I did the component install myself.

Rear seats have two holes and a loose thread. Still thanks guys. I think it's pretty good too for 18 years and 208k miles. Oh, and here's one of me posing in front of the car

Seeing those pictures is gonna make me clean my car tonight :goodjob:.lol, awesome! Always nice to make new friends. Clean it! I have my whole front end taken off and am in the process of tidying up Tophat's work :screwy: I have probably a couple more weeks of stuff to do (including putting new parts on, etc.) before I get her back on the road. Maybe then I can come to some of the meets and meet everyone.

lol sorry about that. The bottom part of your dash where it meets your center console looks discolored and so I just thought maybe you hadn't cleaned up the inside in awhile.

thanks guys, as for the manual windows? I love them. The last two vehicles before this one had power windows and the all broke on me while I owned the cars, costly/pita to repair/replace. So, I don't mind.

thanks all, but I promise that in person, it's not nearly as perfect as it may look.

Thanks Dave and if I can ever convince her to let me take :pics: I'll send you some...nah, just kidding. She'd kill me and she'll never let me either.

That sucks. I think many people forget how many servicemen and women have families/significant others back home and how terribly hard it is to be away from each other for so long. I have much respect for your man and for you for sticking by him. I'll be honest, I finally decided not to apply to officer's school bc I knew I couldn't be away from my wife for months on end. I hope the next four months go quickly for you so you can see each other again.

What's up man?

No Dave, no date for you, sorry. Married life is fine man. It's really not bad. It's just like a committed relationship, except you have to deal with each other's quirks, ways of living, share financial responsiblities, etc. But it's great, we are similiar as far as living habits and such, so we don't really have that much to bug us/argue about. The crappy thing is that since we both work a lot (and she's still in college) we don't see each other that much :( Weekends FTW!
