This is a 100% complete bolt on and tuned kit, no other components needed, every single bolt, nut, washer, gasket, and component is included, as well as instructions to make installation a breeze!. No splicing of electrical components, and no hacking or cutting is needed!
This is the most complete system available for maximum performance, control and reliability, using the highest quality components! To keep your S2000 at the highest level of reliability and performance our kit uses a fuel upgrade working with a Greddy eManage tuned by TNT Turbo & Nitrous Technology, that on pump gas generated 414 WHP on a 2000 AP1 S2000 and is capable of more output using race gas. Tuning allows the car to drive everyday with perfect starts no hesitation and great fuel economy. Aerospace steel braided lines, high quality electronics, polished aluminum 6061-T6 piping, high pressure couplers, T-bolt clamps, and optimum volumetric efficient design are the final assets for your safety and reliability to win races or just really enjoy your powerful S2K every day. Everything required is included for the installation so you can actually do-it-yourself as a REAL bolt-on turbo Kit should be. For all of you power hungry guys out there, let us advance some info. This turbo kit can generate from 300 WHP and 205 ft.lbs @ 9PSI to 414 WHP and 280 ft.lbs on pump gas and more on race fuel. More can be achived on cars with lower compression ratio, different mapping or Stand Alone computers and more boost. Boost levels depend greatly on your engine setup, octane used and your elevation above sea level; for completely stock cars we recommend low settings 9 to 15 PSI for 300 to 400 WHP. Mildly modified cars with fuel management re-maps or upgrades: 15 to 17 PSI for 350 to 450 HP and for highly modified cars using race gas 20 to 30 PSI power levels around 650 WHP. Note: all of our HP/TQ numbers are WHP (wheel horse power) and not Flywheel numbers.

Their many routes to take regarding fuel management from bigger injectors, FMU, piggy back controllers to full programmable engine management. PM us for any fuel related items needed. Also the downpipe kit will need to be fabricated and welded to fit your exhaust set-up. 2.25" downpipe standard, upgradeable to 2.5" and 3".

For anyone installing these kits, be certain to add a flexpipe somewhere early in the exhaust.

I've seen those cast manifolds crack and fall apart at the runners/head flange because of the lack of a flexpipe. Not dogging the quality of the kit, it's just what happens when a FWD motor torques and there is no flexpipe to absorb that force.

Thanks for the Head-Ups :goodjob: We also sell flex pipes as well to prevent problems like these since in an application of any header or turbo manifold can be cracked because of engine movement from torque or just bad motor mounts
