well it turned out that my fuel pump had been sitting at tora and my turbo time was never installed so i was doing that tonight and checking for leaks and what not.

they lied to you...
lameos you can get them in trouble with the law for that.
its manipulation.
they say no fuel pump you cant take car. so they try to find more "issues" to charge you with.
