Red S14 on hwy 53

Yesterday when I got stranded in Lucy, I saw a very clean red S14 come by, looked lowered and had some different rims on it, it was on hwy 53 kinda in the middle of Oakwood and Braselton. It was sometime around 12-2 or so. The driver looked at me and waved, I was standing next to a black S13 and a Green Chevy Colorado. Anyone know who this is?

Were the rims kind of meshy? Polished? Did it have a spoiler, tinted windows, and a painted front lip? I've seen this car between Braselton and Jefferson many times. I think the rims are racing hart c4's.

I think thats it. Seems like I reamember a lip and some bright rims. It was a clean car.
