So, I took my car to GTE last night and dropped her off to get my car aligned at midnight sometime.
I was on a time crunch as well to meet the deadline for this event and it seems that I didn't do a great job of checking off everything before I took it to the shop.. unfortunately, Jeff wasn't able to align it for me, but he was kind enough to explain to me what the exact problem was and why he couldn't do it. At first Jeff sounded really grumpy but I later found out that's just what his voice sounds like.
Anyhow.. I couldn't get my car aligned and Jeff told me I have a bad wheel bearing that needs to be fixed before doing any driving on the car.
Although I didn't get an alignment from Jeff and Kieran, they handled the situation great like professionals.
I'd recommend GTE to anyone who needs an alignment, but if you think you need lot of work done on the suspension, don't do it "last minute" because it doesn't work out too well.
Making an appointment and going over what you need to do with either Kieran or Jeff would be the best thing to do also.
