I might be able to make it provided that my KA-T is tuned and running ok. I see the address but where is it at? A restaurant? Strip Club? Abandoned Church? lol I've been to some Nissan meets via NWN's club at pretty much every random place you can think of when I lived in Seattle.

Anyways this is my first post but some of you may know me from 240sxforums.com, Zilvia.net, Atlantastreets.com, IA.com, or ka-t.org. I go by either MrBojangles or Verik :)

Anyways I'm unsure if I can make it. Still no word from Top Hat Performance on the status of my car. I dunno wtf is going on so I'm starting to get a bit frustrated (especially considering I haven't seen my car in over 4 weeks now).

They installed a stage 2 built KA and a bunch of other things (new ic, new turbo, new wastegate and spring, and finally wired up a emanage ultimate which they are supposedly in the process of tuning). However they can't get it to start now (it started before I switched over from the JWT ecu to the Ultimate, just ran horribly bc the ecu had tuning issues and I returned it because I didn't want to wait for the estimated 5 weeks for the retune that JWT said it would take ><. Now they say the starter will try to start the motor but if they disconnect the fuse and try a push start they don't even get combustion. Mike said it had something to do with the flywheel 8 days ago and I haven't heard from them this week after several attempts to call and a few emails spanning wednesday til yesterday.


Edit: Just heard from them minutes ago. They have been fighting the city all week because their new shop they just moved into was rezoned and they couldn't get a business license and if they started work on anything the city would shut them down but finally they won. As for my car the Emanage Ultimate doesn't support the 93 Cobra MAF, so he is getting someone to bring over a Z32, that means the Cobra MAF will soon be up on my for sale thread lol. Also the top feed fuel rail was made by a drill press not a mill so there are no reams on the inside to help the orings seal properly, thus one of the injectors is leaking badly. He said he will have new orings on Monday and to call because thats when it should be done.

Anyways looks like I may get to go :)

Wow! hah, thats a helluva story! Glad you finally heard back from them. I know how it can go in a performance shop like that tho. Sometimes things get difficult...

well aint life a bitch..... its questionable whether or not it will be ready in time and if it is I'll be scared to drive that long of a distance. right now the fuel rail is too large in one injector because it was made via drill press, not a mill. anyways one injector isn't sealing and even though they are going to do a temp fix till i can get new rail, i dunno how long it will take to get a rail because I'm having troubles finding a fuel rail that fits MSD injectors. AMS still hasn't replied but if theirs fits msd injectors and comes with hose fitting's, not threaded - 6 an fittings, ill prolly have that over nighted here.

Well looks like the 240 has a small problem. The bushings on the rear subframe are completely ripped appart. The rear one is sitting about 3 inches below where it should... Dunno if i can drive the 240 now :(

there was a good tunr out but know off yall came inside..and then we were all done eatin we wnt out then my girl friend said she was sick so i took her home on the way home i got a ticket for 15 over then i went down some road to tunr around on and wham! i hit a bigass pot hole and fucked up somthin i think it blew one of my brand new kybs and to make the night worse i got a stomach virus now and thrown up about 20 times no joke its lame

Yeah THP decided to just go ahead and wait for the fuel rail to come in instead of trying to do a partial fix and getting it tuned.

11 cars? hmm well people did leave and come befor we went in to eat id say there was about 20 -25 and when we came out there was still like 20 but o well....anyone know how much a ticket for 15 over should be altho he marked it as being wet and it deffintly was dry
