I have a 180sx vlsd that im gonna put in my s14.

People have been telling me i need 2 longer bolts to put it in my s14.

is this true? if so I need them, does anyone have them?

Also im going to want to weld my stock open diff, so give me suggestions

thanks... im trying to get my car ready for dg trials (the instructional event) its my first drift event

i dont have it yet, its at my aunts house in tampa, im waiting for her to bring it up here cuz i dont want to pay for the shipping.

Let us know what you figure out with your diff... You should just be able to swap the rear covers like v-empire said...

if you decide to weld your diff, whether you diy or have someone else do it, make sure that the welds penetrate good. You can also throw in some nuts and bolts and weld them into the gears for more surface area, thus added strength. I welded my diff that way and i drove on it daily, plus hit drifting events every month and its lasted for more than a year without breaking any welds.
