Hey guys...

I've been referred here by George (don't know his board name) but he drives a 240. Trying to change my interests in bikes to cars due to an unfortunate motorcycle accident that my brother was in.

Take it easy on me when I ask noobish questions about cars as I've worked on bikes only, never cars.

BTW, I'm looking for a 240 under $2000. Don't matter which year and model yet since I don't know yet. Please someone enlighten me by pictures of all the different models of the 240.

Thanks all~! :goodjob::goodjob:

You dont have to have a good car to come out to meets. You will know what I mean when you see slowrolla's car... It has cut corrolla springs on it, and we can make that shit bounce...

I was going to get a bike when I first got stationed here. Then I saw how Georgians drive on the freeway. You wont be dissapointed with a hooked up 240, they are tons of fun...like fat chicks (yeah I know, bad simile)

thanks for all the warm welcomes....

no, my brother isn't jose. I heard about his accident though from the local sportbike forums. Prayers sent for his family...

I guess I kind of like the 93' hatch 240's. Could some here post of the pictures of their rides so I can decide what car to get? The $2000 is just the number that I threw out there....

The s13 has the same powertrain man, swapping an SR20 would be the same for either but go for that hatch as its aerodynamics and sexiness are unmatched.

I ride a '99 Suzuki Hayabusa with the big-bore 1397cc kit. This is the only secret that I'll reveal online but there's plenty more done to it. It power wheelies third gear with ease...

what ever the speed was when I hit rev limiter on 6th gear and speedo was topped out. Most bikes are geared higher so that they'll have faster acceleration for loss of top end speed. For me, I had the bike geared much lower than stock. I was at North Carolina last year for the Maxton Mile. I'm a proud member of the Maxton mile's 200mph club. :p:p

are you crazy??? It'll be much safer for the rider to be ejected from the bike when the bike is coming to an abrupt halt such as hitting a guardrail or a car head on. Bike's not a good contender as a firm, stationary object for the person to rely his or her weight upon.
