Anyone interested? The guy that was going to move in got there on the day of move in, we were ready to unload his stuff and his mom flipped out and is trying to make him stay with his aunt. They all went over to his aunts and hes staying there for atleast a few weeks and probably won't be moving in. If someone else nabs the room before he decides, its yours.

I need someone to move in ASAP! I will pro-rate rent for this month (August) if you move in before next month.

$495/month and 1/2 utilities. It is a bedroom with it's own bathroom. My house is in Marietta on Bells Ferry between Barrett and Cobb Pky. I'm right next to everything. Its a 2 bedroom town home so it would just be me and whoever moves in.
