so i guess there tyring to sue nissan to get a new tranny and get a good settlement of money for the resale value. how do you guys feel on this situation.
i feel that if you abuse any transmission its going to break but i dont agree with nissan advertising it can do 0-60 in 3.5 sec without voiding the warranty. do you think nissan should own up to it or are the owners the ones at fault?

It was never advertised by Nissan.

That was leaked information that third parties put into their articles. someone found out about it or some engineer or person on the project told their friends who told their friends who told their reporter friends. Plus Its not even user friendly to operate. You have to flip the switches in a SPECIFIC order and there's not even anything that tells you its on. What are the chances someone is going to go on a drag strip, set the VDC shit and the suspension shit in the correct order before brake standing it. Seems secretive to me.

So people need to STFU about it.

This is old as fuck. look at the date. This is what started the whole "The GTR is a POS cuz of its transmission" ordeal.

Surprised yall arent up to date this being a Nissan forum
