What diff is this?

when i bought my 240 the guy gave me a bunch of extra parts including another diff cuz i have a welded diff on it already.. so im not sure what diff this is or what it came out of. he said it had LSD on it. and should i keep it and put it on my car cuz the welded diff chirps the tires every wear i go. especially without power steering:mad:

hmm, i honestly think its s13 vlsd but i could be wrong. could very well be a z32 diff as well

sell it around 100 bucks and youll be fine, regardless, VLSD is 10x better than stock

Z32 Diffs have 5 bolts. It is most definetly not that.

If you spin one side, does the other spin in the same direction or opposite?

Differenct direction, stock open diff.

Same way, either VLSD or 2 way installed in a stock pumpkin.

Yah it looks like stock s13 to me. You might wana open it up and take a pic just to be safe... You wouldn't wana loose out on selling a 1k diff inside a stock pumpkin for $100...
