240sx Heat Shields !

The heat shields are in, so grab them while you can as there are less then 50 left. Here is the breif description:

Up for sale are real brake master heat shields. These shields unlike the others are the real thing, made out of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel, laser cut to tolerance of 0.005" so you can count on a perfect fit every time. Once made, each shield is CERAMIC COATED, then individually baked for two hours. While on our part it cost a whole lot more to make them ceramic coated, SnailWorks is all about function. If customers want a shield to protect against heat, that is exactly what we will make, not aluminum imitations that dissipates heat very well, meaning a sheet of paper would block heat better then those. Get the real deal, ceramic coated stainless steel.



These Brake Master cylinder Heat shield are a necessity for any 240sx out there. The exhaust manifold creates a lot of heat causing the brake master cylinder fluid to heat up causing brake fade and or brake failure.

exactly. plus my 240 is down, my range rover broke this week, so im having to bum a ride to work. with no transportation and education is pretty pointless, lol.

I know exactly what you mean, just gotta keep fighting, dont be weak and sell any thing. Worst comes to worst, bum a ride or take the bus. Shit over a year I spent 20k on one of my 240s as I rode my bike to work. It takes initiative, I met you, and I know you have it.

yea, im trying. its just hard, being sick all the time due to stress. i just blew 500 bucks at the doctor, its 1100 to fix my range rover with oem parts, or 300 to do a manual valvebody, i dunno.

i just need to get shit sorted. ya know.

Yeah, I know what you mean. You should invest in a cheap DD, like a sentra or a 240. Buy a clean 240 shell for 7-800, throw a low milage ka in it, leave it BONE stock, and you got your self a nice dd that will run for ever.

to run a strut bar you just need to bolt it on and test fit it with your strut bar and trim the top of it.I didnt make them to fit with strut bar coz different strut bars have different fitment thus the end user can simply modifiy accordingly and still have the heat shield functional.

I will get pics of one on my car. But it fits flawlessly, they all will fit flawlessly. They are laser cut on a half million dollar machine then bent form rolled on another half million dollar machine to very tight tolerances.

First off, I think there is anywhere from 1-3 ceramic coated ones left. After those are gone, I will only sell them uncoated in 304ss since it costs too much and takes too much time to have them coated. So I will sell them uncoated for half the price of what they go for. BoostedNismo, They were designed for an s13, but Mike aka African Mike aka Wazimba aka BlackMomba says it fits both. But I did not want to advertise s14 because I didnt know if it needed anysort of modification. Then they put this uncoated one, on an s14 at Mikes/Sexypants Daves house.
