As some of you know, I was screwed over by "someone". Tyler contacted me and offered to do the swap for me and cut me a deal, as he knew I was almost SOL. He didn't try to price gouge me because he knew I was stuck with little money at the time, but actually wanted to help. So I picked my motor up and chassis (minus $350 + a KA...), and had it towed to Killswitch where Decker stayed late until I got there and helped with unloading. At least the KA was already removed :D one less thing to do. lol
They offered to check over everything that had been previously installed (I was going to ask them to do so anyway) and did so the next day or so. They made sure to stay in touch with me and update me on what was going on. They even called me before doing troubleshooting and/or replacing stuff to make sure it was ok. They didn't pull the "I've already done the labor, now you have to pay" routine. The swap would have been done less than a week, but between a few parts that were needed from me and between my injector issue, it took about 2 weeks.
I had to get everything out of there (not forced, I chose to) because I didn't have too much more money, but the car was drivable, so I was able to drive it home without problems. But now that I've taken care of my injector issue (as well as Decker removing my old injectors from the fuel rail real quick for me spur of the moment), the motor is running smooth and strong with no hiccups. Will, Cullen, and Decker recently heard it since it's been running smooth. Tyler has also sent me a few PM's to check up on me, and just the other day Decker didn't mind re-checking my timing, TPS, and crankshaft pulley.
The injector issue wasn't wiring, or anything Killswitch did, but the o-rings were shot. Side note, Decker got all 6 injectors un-seized at the beginning of the swap as well. I sent them to Deatschwerks and got em all back in and installed.
Thanks Killswitch!
