Phonetically speaking, names follow an alphabetical sequence. Such and H&R, or Penn & Teller. Although it may be grammatically correct in the world of industry and marketing, it just comes down to fundamental preference. I've always said Bert & Ernie just because it flows better off the tongue. But that's just mho.
