i dont have a title for my coupe and i wanna put my hatch engine in it. but my girlfriend that lives with me is all worried that i will get pulled over and arrested if i swap engines, and vin plates.

i can join the military, go to war and shoot a 50 cal machine gun (if it exists), but i cant buy a hand gun until i'm 21.

I'm 20, im going to lose my license on monday, and there is pretty much nothing i can do about it.

You cant get a privileged driving permit (only to work or school) until your 21.
