I haven't torn in to it yet, started rattling and knocking as I was pulling into my neighborhood. So much smoke came out of the tailpipe that when I pulled in the garage (I had turned it off as soon as I heard the sound and coasted into the garage) That every smoke detector in my house went off.

No holes in the block, will still start up and idle (although the smoke will kill all living beings within a 50ft area). Start hearing funny noises around 2000 rpms

Turbo was just replaced because I blew the seals on it a while back.

You should buy an E30 and stop messing with 240's. lol You'll get it back together. I've got a 2.2L setup here with Dart sleeves, Venolia pistons and a CNC'd head setup for 90mm if you want to rebuild it. It also comes with a perfect machined block, bearings, and a just about everything but some gaskets to put it together. You know you want a 9000rpm 2.2L bad ass. lol

That type of bad assedness will cost about $1500 these days. Its also got Supertech springs in the head as well. It would need some rods and oil/water pump to be completely done and bad ass. As far as I know the rest of the motor including a Cometic 90mm head gasket are there. If you're interested let me know and I can fill you in on the details, its a pretty impressive setup.
