I bought some Sea Foam today for a nice little Tune up (Oil, Fuel, Ignition) and boy oh boy did I find something. I never noticed it but my vaccum line was cut in half and help on BY MASKING TAPE. Because I was tired, I just wrapped it in electrical tape. :D

My question is, I am not getting proper throttle response, is this the problem? Also, can I just get a generic vacuum hose, or would i need to go to Nissan for the part. I taped it up real tight, but to no avail.

omg.
even carlova can answer that question.

you answered everything you asked. you got it. fix the leak. autozone sells vacuumm lines. dont get the cheap silicon stuff. they have a huge supply of fuel lines etc. just ask and cut them. they sell by the feet. yes it effects everything.

its good to hear you are working on your own car, but get good help to look it over. good luck.
