ok so my i found out that my head unit is somehow wired into my heater core. so if i want to run my heat, it knocks out my radio, and vise versa. what would YOU do. I'm tired of blowing fuses.
No i'm not going up a higher amp fuse.

as far as i know the only thing going to the heater core should be the metal wire. your using stock climate control?

Try running it under a cold tap.

you realize that a heater core is a radiator style object that coolant flows through right? it's also located inside the HVAC box in the dash.
anyways.. sounds like you have wired up your radio to your heater controls.. probably the dimmer or the fan switch.
