How do I get it to work? my buddy just got an s13 with z32 brakes on all wheels. I cant find any good answer. i assume the e-brake lines are too long, but i dont even know.

You need the entire drum e-brake assembly from the Z32 rear. if that is installed and all together you can use brake cables from other cars to match the length you need. For an S14 you can use R33 cables, S13's can (I believe) use Z32 2+2 cables but dont quote me on that.

s13 brakes use the spinny piston for their ebrake.

z32 brakes use a drum. you can either buy the adapter kit, try enjukuracing.com i think? or you can splice the s13 cables into the drum.

if i come up with anyone else who sell an adapter ill let you know

Just found this on a different site:

E-brake Cable

The e-brake cable from a 1990-1996 300ZX Coupe or Turbo model is suggested for use with the S13 chassis.
The e-brake cable from a 1990-1996 300ZX 2+2 is suggested for use with the S14 chassis.

Alternatives

R33 e-brake cable 36531-R33LH, 36530-R33RH -

I'll trade him a full stock rear setup for his EBrakeless setup.

Yes, you are supposed to use Z32 2+2 e-brake lines on the S13 because they are longer. You can get brand new OEM 2+2 lines here:

www.TheNismoShop.com (http://www.TheNismoShop.com)

Here's what the place says:

Genuine Nissan e-brake cables for use when converting S13/S14 to Z32/R32 rear braking systems.

Please note:
*S13 are best suited w/Z32 2+2 e-brake cables when converting to Z32/R32 rear brakes

*S14 are best suited w/R33 e-brake cables when converting to Z32/R32 rear brakes

And here is a direct link to the lines:
