Wheel backspacing?

Would 17x9's with 5.95 backspacing fit? The offset is +24. Ive read and read and im still confused. Too many numbers.

Define fit... Coil-overs? Z brakes?

You're going to have ~22mm less inner clearance compared to a stock 15" rim.

I'm guessing spacers would be needed for coils or z-brakes.

ive got 17 x 9 +21 and im 1mm away from megan racing coilovers.

if you dont have megans you should be able to clear coilovers. and depending on the tire youll clear stock suspention. try to get them in +15 if you can.

haha..dude! are those cobra wheels. Im getting the cobra R wheels with the lip for the low low.
17x9's in the front
17x10.5's in the rear

I was just going to paint the cobra centercap black to rid them of any mustang gayness. Thanks for the info though...im just going to use the front wheels on the back till i can 5-lug my front hubs and afford 315 series for those 10.5's

a 315 might look a little rediculous on a stock body s13.
