May not look great.

But heres how you make it. Phyllo dough its like paper thin sheets of dough, you lay down a couple layers, brush it with butter, lay down a couple layers brush it with butter, lay down a couple other layers brush all them with butter, then you fill it with a mixture of crushed pecans, almonds, cinnimon and sugar and you layer more dough ontop of it..brushing all the layers with buttr ^_^/

Then you pour a special honey sauce over it, and you bake it! then you pour more honey sauce over it when it comes out of the oven

Baklava is freakin awesome...

but I want baklava cheesecake.

I grew up around people from the Old Country... baklava from the Adriatic Sea peoples... good shit.

Oh... but a really good Key Lime Pie with real whipped cream... hard to beat that.

actually...Ruby tuesdays chocolate Tall cake is hard to beat. super rich chocolate cake..with FUDGE and whipped cream and some vanilla ice cream.

and Applebee's Blondie cake!! it comes sizzling hot on an iron skillet it reminds me of vanilla rum cake, with nuts and whipped cream with caramel on it

OH YES tortuga rumcakes...I got some when i was in Cozumel ...gooood shit
