just installed new headunit

aright everything is hook'd up to the right wires...and the headunit works fine...but my speedometer lights dont come on...and i got pulled over in my driveway 2 days ago coming home from getting gas at night...because my tailights wont come on LOL but anyways....anyone know whats wrong??? i read maybe the ground wire or something ? idk please help if u kno :D

That's a very common problem check to make sure you have not grounded something out, And as always check fuses.

am i suppose to mount the ground to the frame or something? i tried touching the ground on something metal but nothing differnt...

the ground wire from the headunit should be grounded to the chassis. there is piece of metal to the right, behind where the headunit sits that you can use. i jsut put in my radio and it works fine.

thanks for the help...u think that the tcu can cause my tail lights not to work too?
