I took my car up to Leathal a couple days ago to get some injectors and mafs put in and tuned.

My car ran into a few problems and Derek and Dave helped me out a lot.

Their shop is so clean! they have their shit together.

My car is running great now and i'm goin back in a couple weeks to get some more work done.

no. fucking typo

i had 223 at 8 psi. now i have 240 at 10 psi. wo hoo. but when i get my new clutch put in i am tuning uping the boost and then we will get happier numbers.

it made 262@12psi the first pull with high 10 a/f ratio's (uber rich) but the clutch was slipping around 5500 so, no sense in tuning out the extra fuel for that boost level or turning the boost up even more if it wasn't holding that as it was.

when he gets that clutch in there i don't see why he can't be ~300 @ 14-15psi

i love his boost controller. greddy type s (wif da 3 kn0bs)

those are the best boost contollers imho

anywho, get that clutch in this weekend and you'll be posting kills vids in no time =]

I was gonna make a thread too but, I've been busy all week...
Well anyway I showed up last Saturday to have Dave look at my car, I couldn't get it exactly in time, Dave sets timing in like 2 minutes lol.:bowdown: Then Dave says "Let me tune it!" So I say ok lol. Dave stayed late and worked me in after all the rx7's got tuned, and did a great job. Explained everything to me as he was doing it, which I really appreciate. All in all Dave does excelent tuning at a great price with top notch customer service.:cheers:

PS: Dave you wanna try tuning my car with a little bit of spray on it?:ninja:

we're gonna do an N.O.S. wet kit on an sr in the next couple of weeks. he wants to make over 400 on the small gt28/71r but not run over 17-18psi so if you wanna do it matt lemme know.

just wanted to bump this thread since i got retuned at 15psi and made 300 hp and 260tq. I love my car even more now and i know its tuned great.

Yeah Dave is a pretty easy guy to deal with, ive been to other shops that just had the worst customer service wont name any names though. Its nice to go somewhere where they talk to you like a person and not a dollar amount!
