Interested in 550whp setup for your ka or sr?

ok, here is the catch.

i m looking to build a manifold, and aiming for 400-600 whp on a stock configuration motor with cams.

i have the turbo and the manifold&down pipe built.
u have the car and your guts

u help pay for material and the turbo-

we ll get a dyno and turn the boost up, hopefully sponsored and video.

u will need at least 5500cc (prefer 750 ^) injectors
external waste gate
cams
turbo lines & fittings
intercooler
fuel system- injectors, pump, lines
good clutch
and a tunable piggyback or standalone.(prefer standalone) (safc,emanage,powerFC, aemSA..etc

turbo already made 520

manifold and turbo you will keep when all said and done,

ur cost u owe me- manifold, turbo and down pipe will be super duper cheap - probably like 500-600 bucks!! t3/t4 precision turbo, thats all i m gonna say. not the newest, not the fanciest but we ll make some kiddos.

the manifold itself will probably be worth 700 on the market. let alone u get a turbo and a down pipe that you can always resell.

* manifold shoot out/ testing/ research / fun/ good for dyno tune shop/ good for me.

* u get a super duper great deal on a turbo and high/mid hp highway turbo setup and possibly a free tune and a bad ass car for under $899. manifold designed to handle up to 15000000whp as much as your confident in ya motor, injectors, fuel delivery....etc


* risk we all take. i take risk in building the manifold with material costs and time and pretty much giving away my turbo. and embarrassment if the manifold doesnt perform.

* you risk your junk240sx power plant.

i dont want to have to work on any car. i would like the car running and ready to rock and roll. i ll bolt up the turbo and manifold etc..

the rest has to be your responsibility.

i have to reduce my liability to the workmanship and quality of the manifold and down pipe.

the dyno tune shop has the responsibily of your car not flying off the dyno

and your end is putting forth something working and running well, and your reward is a car faster than a 09' GT-R for a fraction of the cost.

rb is a 6 cylinder and is not so much of a challange. but if you have your turbo setup and we can compare setups

well, the motor can be built to handle a crap load depending on how deep your wallet is.

u can have fun with an inexpensive built, but the risk you have to take.
oil is an issue with the ka motors, so you might want to up on that.
at 550, if you dont beat on it too much, i ve seen some do and stand up very well.

supporting mods you need a tunable ecu or standalone or a piggy back

fuel delivery. and maybe some head work or cams.

the rest is up to you to consider.

well, we will know your spporting mods as we tune the car. we will see your car has fuel issues or not.. if its leaning out, then thats the max it will take...

usually withing < 10 pulls total.

you may end up with 350-400 with your supporting mods, never know. but you get a good deal, a good time, and sexy pants time if it holds up and doesnt slip. turbo can handle a crap load more. we made 520 on an sr with race gas on it already... it has more to go.


consider your already boosted hondas, or mitsubishis, or saturns! lol

I have a eg coupe lol I have a A6/Y7 combo that has over 260k on the bottom end and I run 10psi and make 220whp and beat the fuck out of it everyday.

we can do the gt35 too.

i was going to get the guys who is working on your car now to see if i can help them promote the dyno services there, so it may be done there once if they would like to work with me on this one. either dyno pulls there or tuning, which ever works out.

but you can choose which ever place you want to tune, since its your car and we ll respect that for sure.

you have to let me know, i can get one made to specs, but i need the gt35 dropped off for a couple of days if you have it.

i dont have one yet we could just do the T3/T4 until i get another turbo i want the one i go permanant with to make 600 and spool very well so i ned to do my reasurch more, anyway im shure i could talk to the guys, i would htink they whould be up for it for shure, that dynos the best im very interested in doin somthing with you pm me your number and we can talk about it

.....they arent ready for that test!.......
