Recently i went to batlground to get tuned and we couldnt really tune the car because the clutch kept slipping :crying: so now i need to get a new clutch but anyways they tuned the car the best that they could and the car doesnt really die as much but it still does at a slower roll coming to a stop i gotta keep the car at like 1500 idle to keep it alive. today i went around the block in it and when i turn the a/c on the car idles itself at 1000-950 and doesnt shut off but when the a/c is off it idles at like 700 what gives? whats the problem?

The car turns the idle up with the A/C on to handle the extra load. I thought it was idleing around 1k when you were at my house?
Also, it may be your TPS, you can turn it up or down, and you may need to adjust it.

hmm idk what car you have... if its a stock NA ka ... then it could be a vacuum leak ... if its boosted i have no idea... idle control ... maybe at low rpm the air fuel is messed up
possibly the maf screwed... borrow a maf and check for vac leaks ... process of elimination
and if you got it tuned then the tuning should be fine...
so i have no idea
how is it dying.. does it sound like it cant get enough air? or does it sound like its going into ultra rich mode and just kicking off...
like is there a lack of air
or too much gas...

He has KA-T.
His car isn't tuned yet, becuase of a slipping clutch. Which I just fixed for him. So now he should be able to get it tuned and strike that off the list.
If that doesn't fix it, I'll just bump up the idle a little for him.
