as the title says.. just replaced my radio (got it from someone on here) was working perfect, sounds really good and goes really loud... easy to install and all that mess.
though last night i turned my lights on and it made a high pitched white noise sound... if i don thave my lights on and turn on my high beams - the noise isnt there.. its really weird :(
sounds like its comming form the drivers side front - i just replaced all the speakers too (sony speakers and sony head unit)
lmk what u think.

ground loop
check your radio wiring. your ground wire might be too close to the + red wire. OR your illumination / dimmer wire is shorting out somewhere.
its the wiring behind your stereo.
when you turn lights on. it reduces voltage in stereo so light isnt as bright.
theres something wrong with the illumination wire or grounds on your stereo.

i has a long ground bolted right up to the chassis (via shifter brace thingy.. holds the rubber boot in) but wireing is bad probably. it goes away after like 2 seconds now lol. now i just need radios :(

Not sure what you mean by "Need Radios" but VB is right it has to do with the grounding.... maybe try a different bolt...
