my friend tried to race me in his saturn lol i have a s14 with s14sr at 10 pounds of boost, end of the story he was a dot in my rear view just thought it was funny he had wanted to see how fast my car was lol

lol i work at saturn and every car is slow except the ion redline which is supercharged 2.2 and that one picks up okay stock. its the same motor as ths chevy cobalt ss. prob runs in the high 14s to mid 14s and the sky pushing 17lbs of boost stock but only 250hp or somewhere around there. its rwd with a smaller version of a corvett rear end. but those 2 are quick little cars.

I'm sorry but for working at Saturn you really are uninformed. All the redline ion's and sky are 2.0's either supercharged or turboed depending on the year of the ion. If Saturn continues the Ion redline it will get nearly the same turbo motor as in the sky, only making slightly less power. The sky's rear end is nothing like the vette's transaxle, it more closely resembles the CTS rear end than anything else, I guess Opel had something to do with that one.

ive yet to work on a turbo ion only supercharged ones and yes i got my liter confused....my bad, everyone makes mistakes. and all the rear ends are made by gm so there kinda the same in a way. theres a recall on the sky's seal where the drive shaft and rear diff meet so i see them atleast once a week. but i was refering to rear gears.
