From what I understand 26mm calipers and pads will still install on a 30mm rotor, you will just have issues like this. What year/model are your calipers from, and have you measured them?

I have no idea. http://240atlanta.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18328 Im pretty sure they are the 26mm.
So if I have a 26mm caliper with a 30mm rotor it should be the problem?

if u have 30mm calipers, u should have a problem.
did you have to force the thing onto the caliper?
was the pistons on it free? like the pads couldnt have moved back?
an even malfunction could mean booster or MC, check your rear pads/rotors too.

More than likely you have 26mm calipers with a 30mm rotor
You should always double check the measurements.
Autozone, advanced, etc have been notoriously known for giving people the wrong rotors for Z32 calipers

Yeah I had to force the caliper on to the rotor after i compressed the brakes. The pads couldnt move at all.
Rear are fine.
