lights wiring gremlins

When I mash my brake pedal, the dash lights and parking lights and door chime, all come on with the brake lights.

Anybody have an idea where this might be crossed? Doesn't look like anybody sliced and diced anything as far as I can tell.

Get the FSM and start tracing all of the grounds and such from the brake switch back... That will give you a better idea of where to check. The FSM is available in the DIY section if i remember correctly...

yeah ill bring my laptop to the next install day date tba... but if you still have problems show up and we can check everything
if worst comes to worst... you can replace stuff like a madman
most likely we can fix it =D
id strip the interior before you got to the install day tho so we could get to everything
leave the dash of course...
however you might have to take it off to check the wires .. .><

I just put in a new dash yesterday. I looked at all the wires, none of them looked tampered with, so whatever. I may bring it if I still don't figure it out, so thanks for the offer
