Sam personally came and picked my car up in an ENCLOSED trailer for around the same cost as tow truck would. He explained everything in detail as to what will be done and even gave me an ETA of completion.(never gotten that from any shop i've dealt with) He listened to my concerns and didn't try to talk me out of or into anything. He even invited me and my dad for a ride-a-long at the next drift event he participates in! I couldnt ask for better service. I am fully confident in his work judging by what i have seen from other cars on this board.
