Im going to narrow it done for everyone.. michael.... (sorry to cause drama guys)

Michael (Volcom240sx) bought a really nice looking hatch from me that I had bought for 1400... it had a good chassis, new tune up, full tank of gas, good tires, brakes, the only thing wrong was there was a ticking sound coming from under the hood but not much of anything (I didn't know what it was) and it still had full power... michael knew that I was trying to get another car that was automatic for my wife to learn on... so michael said how much do you want for your car, and I said since you are a friend I will sell it cheaper than what I got if for since I also need to get rid of it and because I didn't know what was wrong with it...

He said oooo don't worry I still want it... can I have it and pay you the money as I work because I really don't have any right now?, and I said no I at least need some kind of down payment (supposed to be 500 but he convinced me he was good for it so he game me 200)... it left my driveway fine but he wanted blake to drive it and he said blake could push it a little so he did... It ends up at the end of the night driving all around blake heard it get worse and then we knew it was rod knock...

I said mike I feel soooo bad I will give you your money back and Ill take the car back if you want I really don't want this to screw you over...

He said no it is ok just give me another motor... and I did... and I also went over to where the car was the next day just to get the swap done....

but I never got to finish and within 3 or 4 months I never got any money from michael but he said that he still wanted the car and he had to pay tyler to do the timing because it was off...

he never payed tyler and I caught on to what was going on... so I said I need the car back and he said ok...

I go to get my car and get this

driveshaft is bent to shit
tons shit missing
interior is destroyed
motor was laying out in the rain
shit everywhere
windows down for god knows how long
new dents
NO WHERE NEAR THE SHAPE IT LEFT MY DRIVE WAY


It broke my heart... but I didn't ask for any more money even though it was well over 200 worth of destruction

But, you should never let someone make payments to you and they get the car. At the worst, they make payments and get the car after its paid off.

You have no way to enforce him to pay you, you can sue, but that will cost more than what you are owed, and then if you win you still dont get any money from him because the simple fact is he HAS NO MONEY. The term is called judgment proof. There is almost no way to force him to pay, especially if he has no money.
