Bringing this back up since I wasn't specific on what I got from Scott.

I bought my current CA18DET swap from RIP, and I am blown away on the quality of this motor. I can tell they chose a very well maintained engine since there is a timing belt stamp on it, and the top of the head and inside the valve covers is cleaner than my first CA after the block and head were cleaned for the rebuild.

He also included the SMIC pipes, lower radiator hose, complete wiring harness and lower engine harness!

As far as the motor's strength is concerned...it pulls VERY hard for a CA18, IMO. It's taken a few 'opponents' by surprise. I will admit that I beat the PISS out of this motor, but it has not caused one single issue since I turned the key that first time with it under the hood. It has no problem chirping my 255's/heavy ass 17's when going into third.

Since I have done business with him in the past, I knew I could trust his product. I didn't feel the need to drop the oil pan or change out any gaskets/seals. I didn't do a thing to this motor except swap in my clutch since it was broken in, and this motor had a stock replacement disc.

I could not be a more satisfied customer and I will continue to point people to him when it comes to getting anything from across the pond.
