I bought it like a couple months ago, no scratches or anything; used it once to upload to iTunes. I would sell it back to FYE but those bastards are blind...

Don't remember when I bought this. The case is chipped slightly, but it's not that big of a deal. It is kinda scratched, but nothing major. Blur might skip, but I guess it depends on what you're playing it on. I played it on my PS2 and my MacBook and it didn't skip, but I think the last time I used a CD player it did.

I listened to all of them before I posted them up and they all work fine, but if you still want to eyeball them before buying, it's not a problem.
