V motor, single vs. twin turbo

Well it all started out with me and viper bite talken about this. It got really interesting and I would like to see what everyone else has to say about the topic. Like it says, on a V motor like v8's or vq's which one will make more power, spool faster, more efficiant, all that stuff. What do yall thing..

Spool Faster: All depends on the turbo size.
More efficient: Twins.
More power: Depends on turbo size.
