i was turning off ga400 onto 136 to go to ellijay, for my some mountain runs, and he was turning off 136 onto ga400.. looked straight at me, so i waved..

looked like the guy was atleast 28 lol

I'm pretty sure that is the same guy that lived in our apartments in Gainesville. He is an older guy, and could probably give two shits less about the cars he drives. We had about 10 parked outside our apartment at any given time. If he was ANY type of enthusiast, he would have at least stopped to look or something.
