Viper Alarms PLEASE HELP!!!!

anyone know much about this? or know anyone who does so I can get some info? I have a viper system on my car and it came on there was working good.. went into work and came out and the remote wont unlock my car anymore.. or lock it.. it just keeps saying "no signal" it's got the 2way LCD pager and sorts.. it's a kickass system but I just want to get it fixed to help protect my ICE.. gots me a nice Pioneer GPS navi w/ built in DVD player an XM. I love it.. along with my infiity soundsystem.. woot woot.. Viper fixed FTW.. PLEASE HELP!!!:goodjob:

I have no idea man.. I'm not an alarm system guy. More of a quick release steering wheel guy. :)

I've done these before. There is a procedure that you need to go through to "marry" the remote to the alarm brain. Search google for the pdf directions for your remote's model number and you should find something. It always has something to do with holding the valet button... Make sure you know where that is.

my keyless entry wont LOCK the doors. its cuz of my door switch is broken... maybe ures is
does your unlock butotn on the drivers door switch unlock the doors?
what about passanger
also will it lock the doors?
have u looked under your dash at the wiring... look for wires that are loose or disconnected
maybe u kicked something ...
just check everything out

thanks for all the help folks.. I cant make it to the install day though sorry.. My wife and I are going on vacation for a week to our condo in St Simons!!! woot woot, a much needed retreat!!! but the alarm was working like a champ before I went into work about a week and a half ago.. cut the car off got out, and hit the lock and it worked.. went into work and came out and couldnt unlock it.. I will Google the pdf on "marrying" the remote.. thanks again and I will be at the next install day FO SHO!!!

and tyler can you get any good deals on quick release for a momo in a 3K?

ummm it's a umm.. RPN 479 V/P/C the FCC ID: EZSDE1478 the remote looks like a little phone with an LCD screen.. when I send a signal to the car it's good.. but it gets nothing back from the car like it's out of range or something.. tried googling sites for pdf's and stuff on it.. but nothing doing.. I tried all their stuff.. I can take it out of Valet mode but then I cant disarm my alarm.. so i'm forced to put it back into valet mode..
