Drifting in Valdosta

i' would go but valdosta's pretty far and most of the members on this site live on northside of atlanta so may be close to macon or cordel would be good ... just my thought .. but i live close to macon tho .... :wiggle:

well seeing this is 240atlanta most people are from atlanta, and that is why most events are close to atlanta. cordeal isnt far from you.. and most the time the event isnt gonna be in your backyard. most likly if you put it together and planed everything and got insurance and the hole deal. somepeople would come. but thats a 5 hour drive for most of us.

haha like sat night lol but yea Matt, cordele is like closes event, or we can go to tampa and chill at my house for a while and go to events :)

just rent it out, charge a couple bucks for entry tell everyone its the greatest hook sliding show, and you pay for gas, ill come out and show them a good time.

Anyone that seriously drifts in atlanta would drive to valdosta without hesitation.

If you are serious and think there is a good venue to look into contact Marcos and let him do any negotiating. Someone with no prior experience is going to have an exceedingly harder time trying to get a date let alone a fair price. There are many drift organizers in atlanta that are constantly combing the south for new venues. I doubt they forgot to look at valdosta.

It's all well and good...though you are now in competittion with locations such as, turner field, greenville, and cordele. I know most people are willing to drive...though to have more than 1 event a month is a significant hit on ones piggy bank.

Not bashing, best of luck...if a good location is found, maybe Valdosta can be a place worked into the rotation.

well i was going to have it at sgmp i know the people that own and run the traack the parking lot is probally 10 sqr miles. I thought it would be good for a couple reasons people from florida can come to this and also atlanta peeps, bc all in all its 3.25 hours from atlanta if you drive the speed limit. But thanks for the imput im going to try to get somthing set up and i will keep all informed if you have ne ideas for a date or anything shoot them up here thanks.

well i know they held auto-x in the SGMP parking lot/ and trailer/ padock areas ...


so maybe if you negotiate with them...they will do it. I would contact the Southeast Drift guys to help out.
