Ok, to start things off I have an s13 blacktop with the stock tranny. I have an Ogura racing clutch in the bad boy. For those who dont know, it's this clutch:

Anywho, today when I got off of work, I got in my car and started it. I couldnt put the tranny into gear. I turned off the car, put the car in gear, HELD the clutch in and started the car. It "jumped". So, I, being the pro awesome driver that I am, drove the 2-3 miles home. Keep in mind, I dont want stupid nonsense responses, I need to get this fixed NOW. The fluid is clear and the slave cylinder works when pressing the clutch pedal. So it is not hydrolic. Therefore it is either a clutch failure or something else I am maybe over looking. Please give me your 2 cents. Please and thank you for your help peeps!!!

I assume this clutch has been in the car awhile working correctly? If so that should alleviate it being the wrong TOB sleeve or TOB itself.

You said the hydrolics are fine, but are you sure? It might be pushing the slave, but is it pushing it enough?

Could be a broken pivot bolt, could be a bent clutch fork, could be the clutch fork came off the pivot.

Could be you broke or bent some fingers on the pressure plate.

All of these are possible causes

Hope it helps

Yes, the clutch has been working correctly and perfectly for atleast a year. It is pushing in about 1" maybe 2". I definitly think the hydrolics are good, must be internal. Fuck a duck. I am thinking the front housing on the tranny might have cracked, which like you said, might have bent the fork or caused it to come off (When I bought the tranny it was cracked and had to be replaced). Damn, $$$$$$$$$$ YAY!

I had the front housing that holds the TOB sleeve break once, it made a horrible noise and the clutch pedal felt dang weird, it wobbled actually.

Could be a broken pivot bolt, could be a bent clutch fork, could be the clutch fork came off the pivot.

Thats what I am thinking also. Pull the rubber boot off the fork and look inside the bell housing, you can tell if it is still on the TO bearing and can usually feel if its off the pivot ball by moving the clutch fork around. if it has a lot of play it may have slipped off.
