considering to do 5 speed swap

who can do it?

and wondering how much parts+labor?

Tyler said they would do it for me, but i ended up buying a car w/ a MT in it already so I can't remember

do it yourself, it doesnt seem too hard, pull out auto tranny, drill a hole for master, mount flywheel, and do some wiring

I have everything you need to swap one, minus a clutch hardline and slave cylinder, and driveshaft and you'd need to bring a speed sensor as well.

tranny shifter clutch flywheel pres plate tob master petal assembly flywheel bolts

They swap isn't that hard to do.

Parts should cost at most $500, thats having to spend top dollar on everything.

You can usually find stuff for pretty cheap though.

on a automatic motor there is an automatic flywheel adapter that is a BITCH to get out if you dont have a dremmel, i used a sawzall and cut 4 cuts in a cross shape, then chizzel it out, the manual tranny will NOT mount up unless you get rid of that, that took me a few days to handle through 20 different processes that didnt work lol

I've also found out during my 5spd swap that the bolts that mate the tranny to the engine are shorter on autos, so get those too.
