is it better to have a internal or external waste gate?

external wastegate has more reasoned advantages, but not needed depending on application.

ok i go to the fast fridays a crap load im not talking about build stangs and yes i kno what they can do....prolly more than most of you all except wedge but im just talking about like stock mustangs id be happy if i won a 15 or 14 honeslty
