Go to HomeDepot, find a hex headed bolt that has a head on it that will fit in there as perfectly as possible. Make sure the bolt is long enough to go all the way in an stick out like 2". Then get 2 nuts for the bolt, screw the 2 nuts onto the bolt. Tighten them together and try your best to line them up so you can get a socket over them. Make an attempt to loosen the lug.

That should work.

If the nuts loosen up, line them up and just weld them to the bolt.

I've had my day with lugs without the keys.......

even if you had the key, what about the lug upper right? Looks like the key broke into it?

If you havent gotten this out you can go to sears and buy a regular allen wrench to fit these keys.

That is a standard key, any tire or wheel shop should have one you can buy

Actually I think you can just stick the box end of a 3/8 inch extension into it. I remember I had a set of lug nuts eeerily similar to those and that was my lug nut key.
