WRX vs SRT-4

My friend justin in st. pete FL has a 2005 SRT-4. he has turbo back exhaust, intake, and was running 18psi with an adjustable wastegate he also had lowering springs and wheels.

he said his was running like 280 or something at the time, but thats low boost his high was like 23psi

my wrx is a stock 2006 2.5 turbo with 230hp 235 ft lbs of torque.

the first race we raced from 20 mph in first gear, he killed me from the start, he spun a little and still killed me.

from a STOP i got him all the way until 3rd gear then he started creeping on my and got me by 2 cars.

it was a badass race even though i lost, my wrx is stock !

haha yea, i drove it, its a sweet car, but i turned on to the street and gassed it and i thought i was gonna die, it just spun in 1st and 2nd gear and i understeered. it was scary

True, but dodge steals shitubishi's(sp?) tech enough you would have thought they would have atleast made a knock off of it for the SRT-4.

yes a wrx is a way better car than an srt-4 by far. even the 2.0 liter, might be slower but its still better
