Sup guys
I have an S13

I have a couple of different pics from different things about my car that I have questions about, any input is appreciated.

First..my subframe
tell me what you guys think about the four bushings..
do they need to be changed, or am I able to just get the collars and be fine with it..?

you cant really see it in the pics, but (on the lift) the top of the sub frame bushings on the top side, were not touching the car...?

And the bottoms on some pics are not touching the bottom of the mount????

If I where you I would change them. I have the KAZAMA Aluminum Sub Frame Bushings on my car and It was a major difference you don***8217;t get that swaying felling when you turn anymore. To install the all you do is loosen up the sub freme and slide the new Bushings in over the old ones. When you put the bolts back on the new Bushings swash the old ones making it full mettle on mettle eliminating any wheel hoop or sub frame play.

Here is a link to show you. http://www.driftfactory.com/memb.php

You can't really tell if the bushings are ok or not from those pics because there is an inner and outer part of the bushing and most of the time it is the connection in between these parts that rip causing the bushing to be bad. I think it's a good idea to replace them with poly or aluminum mounts either way. Keep in mind that inserts will only do you good if your stock bushings are good too...

just get the collars, unless you notice when you go to put them in that the bushing is torn beyond belief then get replacements.

Or just replace with full aluminum bushings :).

I think im just going to wait until I can find another S13 subframe (Jarco ot Jhot, I forgot which one) then while I have that one out, i'll change all the bushings from the old ones to some poly ones with aluminum collars..good idea? or should I just go straight with the aluminum ones...its my dd so im kinda scared...lol
