Who's done this??

As you guys would know, I'm still not done dropping the motor in the car.. pure lazyness.

BUT, since it's out, I guess I can tackle this..
I heard it's a bitch and a half to do?
Who's done it and any pointers??

btw.. the steering bushing is this:

I have not, but Ive always been curious on it. What exactly are the desired effects? Less steering slop?

Yeah.. it's supopsed to help make your steering feel more solid..
hence the solid bushing.

stock stuff are rubber, probably all worn out and ish.
:( noone has done this yet?

I just got my car back, I installed one into my 240 while the motor was out and droping in the sr. From the old rubber one to the new steel one, there is a no play in the wheel. Love it. and loven the new sr.

I installed one of these this past Sunday

it took about 30-45min, which included a brief engine bay clean-up session
