i put a set of 30mm alum z brakes f&r and now the pedel is really firm (boarder line hard as shit) i also did the 300 master and it stops better than stock but not what i expected. so is this just how they are or is there something i am missing?
thanks

all of the fittings are dry and have no noticable leaks and i bled it with a vacume bleeding system and the old fastion way.

i hve F & R z brakes as well, however i didnt do the master cylinder swap. they are awesome too, i dont have any complaints on the way my pedal feels, it feels just the same as it did with the stock brakes. if i were you i would check to make sure that the vacuum line going to the booster is connected & there arent any leaks or cracks in it

If you did F & R Z brakes.. your pedal feel should NOT be the same as stock.
I did zbrakes all around with a Z master, and the first time I put them on, I half ass bled them, and it was mad firm, but after stainless lines all around, and rebleeding them, it felt perfect, to me atleast. I'm using the 26mm ones. But I ran all 4 on a stock master, and pedal went to the floor, they locked everywhere, I hated it. Mine are firm, but, maybe I just got used to it so it doesn't seem as firm.
I suppose its all personal preference.
