I herd you can put a q45 diff into an s14 but you have 2 use the q45 or z32 hub and axles. how true is that or is it even true?

if ur gonna swap axles and shit u might as well get the whole knuckle and hub and do a 5 lug swap, unless ur car's an se already

Using a Q45 diff in an S14 is true
its used for strength for drag, so you don't break the output shafts as easy.
only issues is the gear ratios are real tall, so if you don't have big power and a large rev limit, its not worth it

thats a prett high gear raio for drag racing, imo i would rather use something closer to 4:1 or a 3.9:1 for drag
& that seems like a lot of work just for a differential swapl, sourcing the z output shafts by themselves without the differential may be a little hard but maybe not
